Analogue Dragon portrait sessions offer a unique blend of old and new technologies.

Choose the session that best suits your portrait interests.  There’s something for everyone from the Custom Portrait Session with lots of images and lots of options, to the Vintage Twist session that balances the spontaneity of digital with the handmade qualities of historic process prints, and for the purely old school photography lovers, the Slow Exposure session combines vintage film cameras with historic process prints into one sweet experience.

Custom Portrait Session (lots of photos, lots of options)

Perfect session for those looking for lots of  photographs and lots of options.  Includes 90 minutes of photography, 40 digital files on a thumb drive, a 5×5″ 40 image preview book, and one 4×5″ salted paper print matted to 8×10″


Vintage Twist (digital session with digital and historic process prints)

Vintage Twist portrait sessions combine the flexibility and spontaneity of digital photography with the classic handmade quality of historic process prints.  It includes 30 minutes of digital photography and,  eight printable digital files with 4×6″ master prints (printed by a professional color lab) and one 4×5″ salted paper print matted to 8×10″ for ease of framing.


Slow Exposure (film portrait session)

Experience the slower pace of a large format view camera with this distinct film-based portrait session.  It includes 30 minutes of photography, six film   exposures, digital files of all six negatives, and three hand coated 4×5″ salted paper prints matted to 8×10″




Street Portraits (portable darkroom in a box!)

Great for small outdoor events.  The Analogue Dragon mobile media studio uses vintage cameras, silver gelatin paper (black and white) and a portable darkroom where the distinctive silver based photographs are chemically processed.  Same as the paper negative prints made at the Hillsdale County Farmers Market.
